9. GRANT REQUEST – FRIENDS OF LOWER BEAVERDAM CREEK
Decision Required: Whether to award the grant.
The Friends of Lower Beaverdam Creek are requesting a grant of $500 to support the clean-up event on March 21st.
10. SECOND READING O-1-13 AMENDING THE PERSONNEL SECTION
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.
The Staff is requesting a change by the Mayor and Council in an attempt to add some specifics to the Personnel Section regarding grounds for dismissal.
11. SECOND READING CAR-2-13 ADDING TAX TIERS
Decision Required: Whether to move to adoption or table.
The Mayor and Town Council are considering a Charter Amendment to establish various tax tiers in the Town Code.
